We are continuously working to make the BOTANIQ experience even smoother and more enjoyable for our guests.

Based on guest feedback and changing usage habits, we will place greater emphasis on seasonal offers and experience-based activities in the future. In parallel, the BOTANIQ Benefit loyalty program connected to our portfolio venues, including its points collection feature, will be gradually phased out.

Over the coming months, we will gradually transition to this new system: points collection will end on May 31, 2026. However, you may continue to redeem your existing points under the current terms until November 30, 2026 — points may still be used to pay up to 50% of the total bill on a single occasion.
